TERMS & CONDITIONS

HIRE

Signed by Jess requires a 50% deposit of your order to secure the booking and this is non refundable. The rest of your order payment will be due 6 weeks before your event.

 A damage deposit will be added on to your order. This will be 25% of your total hire order or minimum of £50 if your 25% is under £50 and will be refunded back to you once we have collected the hire props and there is no damage.

I will be in touch with you 6 weeks before your event date for final payment, information for your signage and designs. I will work on designs based on your ideas and then send you proofs before creating so together we can make any changes and I can make you your dream signage.

There is not a standard set price for delivery, set up and collection. It will depend on what you have hired and where we are delivering too. You will receive your own price in your quote.

If you decide to cancel your order after you have made the full payment, you will receive a 50% refund. If you make the cancellation 4 weeks before the planned event, then there will be no refund as materials to make your order will have been purchased and used.

In the event that any of your plans or details change we may require an amendment fee. Please get in touch as soon as possible and we will do our very best to try and make it stress free for you.

PURCHASE

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on any of our purchased products as they are personalised to you and your occasion.

If your items are delivered damaged, please get in contact straight away with details and proof of damage.
